1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of jewellery from Anna Bagnall Jewellery. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Product information

• All jewellery is handmade, meaning slight variations may occur

• Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but slight differences may be expected due to craftsmanship

• Materials used will be specified in each product listing

3. Orders and payments

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment

• Payments must be made via the available payment methods on my website

• If an order cannot be fulfilled, I will notify you and issue a full refund

4. Shipping and delivery

• Orders are processed within the stated timeframe on the product listing

• Delivery times vary depending on location and chosen shipping method

• I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs

• Any import duties, taxes or customs’ fees are the buyer’s responsibility

5. Returns and exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within seven days of receipt for non-custom items or exclusions – see below.

• Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

• Custom or personalised jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty

• Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected

6. Custom orders

• Custom orders are made to your specifications (including ring sizing) and are non-refundable

• For commissions, 50% payment must be received before production commences and completed item will not be posted until balance is paid.

• Production times vary depending on complexity and will be communicated at the time of order

7. Jewellery care

• Proper care is required to maintain the condition of your jewellery. Please refer to my Jewellery Care Guide for maintenance tips

8. Liability

• Anna Bagnall Jewellery is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, care, or handling

• Anna Bagnall Jewellery is not liable for any allergic reactions due to metal sensitivities

9. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images and content on my website and social media are the property of Anna Bagnall Jewellery and cannot be used without permission

10. Amendments to terms

• I reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on my website
