Thank you for choosing Anna Bagnall Jewellery. I take pride in crafting each piece with care and want to ensure you have the best shopping experience. Here’s how I handle postage, delivery and returns.
Postage and delivery
Processing time
Each piece is handcrafted to order, so please allow up to five business days for me to create and prepare it for dispatch. If there are any delays, I will notify you promptly. I do have a number of items in stock, which can be posted within two working days. If you need one of these pieces sooner, please contact me to discuss next day delivery.Shipping methods and costs
I ship via Royal Mail within the UK only. I use their 48 hour tracked service for all orders under £150 at a flat rate of £4.For items over £150 I use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: next working day delivery by 1pm from dispatch, with compensation cover up to £750 Signature required.

Important Note
Due to recent changes in legislation, specifically the enforcement of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), I am currently unable to ship orders to the European Union and Northern Ireland. New rules require businesses to have an EU-based representative to handle product safety issues, which, as a small independent jeweller, is not feasible for me at this time.
I understand this may be disappointing to customers in these countries, and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. I am actively monitoring the situation and exploring potential solutions to resume shipping to these areas in the future.
Returns and exchanges
I want you to love what you buy from me, but if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, I accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility: items must be returned within seven days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. Earrings, custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective
How to return or exchange an item: please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your jewellery at anna_bagnall@hotmail.co.uk with your order details. Once your return or exchange is approved, I will provide instructions on how to send the item back
Shipping costs: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. I recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return
Refunds: once I receive and inspect a returned item, I will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days
