The commission process

Commissions

If you can’t find what you’re looking for in my collections, then why not ask me to make it for you? Commissions don’t cost any more than stock items, but prices vary depending on the design and materials used.

Please contact me to tell me what you’d like me to create. The more detail you can provide the better. It helps me understand exactly what you want to achieve.

Initial consultation

I will confirm the information provided on your form, I’ll contact you to talk it through over the phone. I might also set up a collaborative space for us to share pictures and inspiration, so we can develop the design together.

Design and feedback

Once I’ve got all the information I need, I’ll create an initial hand drawn design with reference images for you to review. You can suggest any changes you’d like to see, enabling me to make adjustments until you’re completely happy. I can also give you an accurate cost at once a design is agreed.  

Commission contract

When the design phase is complete, I’ll put all the details into a contract between us. If you’re ready to go ahead, you’ll need to sign the contract and pay a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Commission completion

I will let you know as soon as the piece is finished and send you a payment link for the 50% remaining balance. Once this is received, I’ll complete and dispatch your order. All packages are sent via tracked and insured mail and your unique piece of silver jewellery will soon be yours to treasure.
